Your Responsibilities as an Auto Mechanic:

As an Auto Mechanic, you will:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a diverse fleet
  • Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension parts
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance
  • Maintain accurate, organized service and repair documentation
  • Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce downtime and maintain fleet efficiency
What We're Looking for in an Auto Mechanic:
  • Proven experience as an auto mechanic or automotive technician (fleet experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and modern repair equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Maryland driver's license required
  • Reliable, motivated, and positive work ethic
