This is a remote project - 12 months - supporting PST time zone.

This is an SAP Functional / Technical resource who is well-versed in GxP environments, validation, integration of clinical supply chain data.

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Data Migration Specialist to join the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) team. The Specialist will play a critical role supporting SAP processes related to Clinical Supply Chain Master Data, Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Distribution. This position primarily focuses on contributing to the SAP upgrade to S/4HANA with emphasis on the Clinical supply chain workstream.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and support the Clinical workstream in the SAP S/4HANA upgrade project, with a primary focus on data migration efforts.
  • Develop and apply data relevancy rules to ensure accuracy and consistency of clinical supply chain master data.
  • Verify data pre-loads and post-loads; approve data to ensure successful migration outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary business point of contact for mock data loads, cutover data migrations, and overall implementation into the production environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical SAP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), system architects, and technical/functional teams to support seamless data migration and system integration.
  • Review test scripts, support system testing and validation activities ensuring compliance with GxP standards.
  • Develop training materials related to SAP processes and upgrades to support business adoption.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of strategies for storing and accessing historical transactional data from the ECC environment that will not be migrated to S/4HANA.

  • Required Experience & Qualifications:
    Extensive experience working within the pharmaceutical clinical supply chain environment.

  • Strong background with Clinical Data Migrations, including hands-on experience with SAP systems.
  • Proven expertise in implementing shift-left data validation processes that align with and complement existing client SOPs in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and pharmaceutical industry best practices related to clinical supply chain and data integrity.
  • Experience working on SAP S/4HANA upgrades or migrations is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in clinical data governance and supply chain planning within pharma.

  • Familiarity with SAP modules related to Master Data, Planning, Customer Service, Warehouse Management, and Distribution.
  • Skilled in developing and executing test scripts as part of validation activities in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Training development experience to support end-user adoption post-implementation.
