We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms, helping us connect authentically with our community and elevate the brand's presence daily.

This full-time, in-person position requires at least 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management for a brand or agency. The ideal candidate has a strong creative foundation, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into high-quality content that connects and creates engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Planning

• Conceptualize, film, and edit organic content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Plan and execute weekly content calendars in alignment with brand campaigns and product launches.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content that reflects the brand's tone and visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with social trends, sounds, and formats to keep content relevant and engaging.

Social Media Management

• Post daily across assigned platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align content with strategy and goals.
• Track content performance and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain an organized library of assets and content plans for easy access and reporting.

Brand Growth & Community Engagement

• Contribute creative ideas that help expand brand awareness and reach.
• Support influencer and UGC campaigns by coordinating with internal and external teams.
• Respond to community interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm when needed.
• Represent the brand voice and visual standards with care and precision.

Must-Have Skills

• Content creation expertise – Skilled in filming, editing, and creating native social media content.
• Social media knowledge – Understanding of trends and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Organization & planning – Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content calendars.
• Attention to detail – Creative eye for composition, lighting, and brand tone.
• Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting quickly to shifting priorities.

Goals of the Role

• Create consistent, high-quality content that drives engagement and brand visibility.
• Strengthen brand storytelling through creative visuals and authentic communication.
• Post 2-3 daily across different social platforms
• Support ongoing product launches and campaigns with aligned content strategies.

Requirements

• Ready to start right away
• Experience: 2+ years in social media or content creation for a brand or agency
• Communication: Strong English writing and creative communication skills
• Filming & Editing: Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Organization: Excellent time management and planning abilities
• Tech-savvy: Familiar with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and content platforms

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
