Content Producer and Community Specialist

Miami, Florida, United States Siebert Financial Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Siebert is looking for a Content Producer and Community Specialist who lives and breathes social media and podcasting. From trending TikToks to polished LinkedIn posts, and from scouting podcast guests to supporting live recordings, you'll be at the heart of how we create and share stories that spark conversations and build community.

As a content producer, you'll take ideas from concept to execution, writing copy, producing visuals and clips, and collaborating with editors and designers to bring campaigns to life. You'll help shape Siebert's online narrative across social, digital, and podcast channels, turning financial and cultural topics into content that feels human, creative, and engaging.

This is not a "post and ghost" role. You'll help craft a digital voice that's authentic, relatable, and impossible to ignore, while also rolling up your sleeves on podcast production: researching guests, preparing interview briefs, coordinating logistics, and helping bring each episode from idea to distribution.

It's a high-exposure role: you'll learn directly from senior marketing leaders, gain hands-on experience with compliance, and work with athletes, media personalities, and creators. It's a rare opportunity to sharpen both your content production and storytelling skills, expand your network, and help shape Siebert's brand voice across social and audio.

Why Join Siebert?

We're not your average finance firm. Siebert blends Wall Street credibility with the energy of sports, entertainment, and culture. In this role, you'll:

  • Shape the conversation

: Own how we show up online and in podcasting, from clips to captions to episodes.
- Work closely with senior marketing leaders

who will mentor you and give you real creative freedom.
- Collaborate with pro athletes, media personalities, and content creators

, supporting them both on-screen and behind the mic.
- Gain production experience

by being part of the podcast process end to end: research, guest prep, recording, and promotion.
- Be trusted to experiment and take risks

, whether you're testing new content formats or pitching fresh ideas for social and podcast storytelling.
- Grow fast in a hybrid role

that blends community engagement, creative production, research, and light executive support, giving you a 360° view of modern marketing in action.
