Our Customer Service & Sales Representatives are able to create positive customer experiences with a consultative sales approach and knowledge of the telecommunications industry. Combining those aspects allows Customer Service & Sales Representatives to listen, inform, and guide customers to their desired sales solutions. This role involves clear communication and strong problem solving skills for success.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Representative Role:

  • Represent our clients and engage with customers through community-based sales conversations to build lasting relationships
  • Understand each customer's needs and recommend the most applicable and cost-effective sales solutions
  • Process orders and manage follow-ups to ensure a well-connected sales experience
  • Remain up-to-date on client industry standards, advantages, and local market trends to ensure the most effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with client management and other Customer Service & Sales Representatives to identify new opportunities, support client outreach efforts, and ensure high-level customer service

Customer Service & Sales Representative Candidate Qualities:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, sales, customer relations, or management
  • A focus on communication and problem-solving when approaching sales interactions
  • familiarity with the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Education in Business, Communications, Operations Management or Economics is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
