Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality road construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate asphalt paving machines, rollers, and related equipment.
  • Prepare and inspect equipment before use.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and site safety guidelines.
  • Monitor asphalt temperature and quality during application.
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
  • Valid driver's license; CDL are a plus.

Pay:

  • Depending on your skill level
