We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Beach/Pool Attendant & Light Maintenance Tech. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at the community's beach and pool areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing excellent customer service, ensuring all amenities are well maintained, and assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests courteously and ensure proper use of pool and beach facilities.
  • Monitor the pool and beach areas to ensure compliance with safety rules and community guidelines.
  • Arrange and clean poolside and beach furniture daily.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, showers, and surrounding areas.
  • Skim debris from the pool surface, clean tile lines, and ensure the pool deck is free of litter or hazards.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
  • Assist with setting up community events or activities held at the pool or beach area.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, cleaning filters, and minor touch-up painting.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Replenish supplies such as towels, paper products, and pool chemicals (under supervision).
  • Ensure storage areas are kept neat and organized.

Full-Time Wed-Sun 9:30am- 6pm

Pay Rate: $18
