This role will serve as a key resource in managing multi-generational, global rollouts and driving integration strategies to maximize platform value. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of product, project, and program management capabilities, enabling effective operation in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders. This role will coordinate with technology teams, business partners, and service providers across the US and internationally, supporting enterprise technology initiatives and feature launches.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end product management of workplace technology platform deployments across multiple sites and countries.Drive integration of various technology and service applications (e.g., food service ordering, booking capabilities, site-specific features) into the primary platform.Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps, including feature generation planning and prioritization of enterprise and site-specific initiatives.Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (business, IT, operations, vendors) to align technical solutions with business objectives.Serve as project/program manager for technology development and deployment, tracking deliverables, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.Support continuous improvement of product processes, including documentation, templates, controls, and best practices for deployment and enhancement.Adapt quickly to changing requirements and emerging priorities, thriving in high-volume, loosely defined scenarios.Contribute to strategic decisions regarding key deployment hubs; partner closely with regional and global stakeholders.Communicate clearly and proactively with internal and external teams to ensure effective coordination and change management.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.10+ years experience in product management, program management, or project management roles, ideally with exposure to technology platform deployment in workplace or enterprise settings.Demonstrated success in leading technology integrations and multi-site rollouts, preferably for software platforms with customizable features.Experience collaborating with cross-functional, culturally diverse teams across time zones.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing complex operational and technical projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High comfort level operating in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.Proficiency with business intelligence, analytics tools, and vendor applications is highly desirable.Prior experience with workplace technology applications (wayfinding, booking, food services, etc.) strongly preferred.Knowledge of agile product development methodologies is a plus.Location: On-site in the Seattle, WA areaEstimated compensation for this position:230,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
