Tier 1 Desktop Support Engineer

Hybrid (4 days onsite)
• New York City

We're looking for a smart, steady Desktop Support Engineer who's comfortable supporting a fast-paced, sophisticated user base or both MAC and Windows products.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on support for both Mac and Windows devices
  • Own day-to-day MDM support using JAMF (Mac) and Intune (Windows)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers (yes, still a thing), and general "my computer hates me" situations
  • Deliver clear, friendly, patient communication to users who know what they want and expect top-tier service
  • Document steps, fixes, known issues, and contribute to process improvement over time

What You Bring

  • 1 to 5 years of desktop support or help desk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to follow issues through to completion
  • Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
  • Hands-on experience with JAMF and Intune for device management
  • Professional, confident communication style, especially with senior business users
