This position supports events at Nebraska athletics. Manage needs and expectations from the internal or external event requestor and collaborate across departments for event support. Organize and work directly with facility tours and oversee staff assigned during these special events and tours. Work within the Event Staff database platform to issue availability and scheduling for each special event. Weekend and evening hours will be required.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School education or GED and 1 year of experience within the event management/hospitality industry; equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.
    Computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Associate's degree
  • Experience coordinating events within the hospitality industry
