Who You Are:

As the FP&A lead for GalaxyOne, you will Report to Galaxy's Head of FP&A and lead all finance activities across GalaxyOne. You will work closely with the GalaxyOne leadership team as a strategic partner, helping drive roadmap prioritization, key product decisions, and marketing's growth plans.  You will collaborate with and act as the GalaxyOne subject matter expert for the greater Galaxy FP&A/Finance team and interface with Galaxy's executive leadership team. You will be on the frontlines of developing and maintaining financial models across the GalaxyOne business as well as develop various KPIs and reporting for the GalaxyOne team. You can conceptualize the "big picture" and translate concepts into detailed tactical execution plans while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.  You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment and have the "grit" necessary to manage multiple high priority items. 

What You'll Do:

• Become a subject matter expert in GalaxyOne's product offerings, competitive landscape and client profile
• Own/develop and maintain KPIs and financial models covering GalaxyOne's business - at the feature level
• Own/manage GalaxyOne's balance sheet and liquidity profile
• Develop financial models for GalaxyOne's marketing team to understand project and monitor ROI on various campaigns
• Work with engineering teams to build automated reporting solutions
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to GalaxyOne and Galaxy Finance leadership

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A/strategic finance consulting, or a related analytical role
• Experience building complex financial models
• Strong understanding of consumer banking/lending, brokerage, and crypto services
• Proficient in income statement, balance sheet and liquidity analyses
• Intellectually curious self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to solving complex problem
• Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience in a fintech startup or consumer-product-focused company.
• Strong data analysis skills, including experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics for operational reporting.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.
