About the Program:

Internship Details

  • Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
  • Dates of Internship: May 18, August 7, 2026
  • Hours: 40/hrs week
  • Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team:

The Drug Development Digital Products User Experience team is a diverse group of passionate UX professionals who support a broad range of digital solutions with visual and content design, style guide development and user research.

Internship Assignment Summary:

  • Partner with the design, user research, and product management teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience to customers
  • Contribute design concepts based on user research and business needs
  • Assist in planning and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
  • Gather insights from research and the voice of the customer to create a new understanding of users' wants and needs, while defining the customer journey
  • Help communicate research findings and design concepts to the product management team

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office
  • Design, communications, psychology, marketing, or related field
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
