Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to bring in qualified leads, work with our team-generated leads, and help close deals. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping clients navigate their real estate journey while achieving your professional goals.

  • Actively follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication methods to generate and nurture leads.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Host open houses to connect with potential buyers and showcase properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless communication and a successful sale.
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and provide personalized guidance on properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Work closely with clients to buy and sell properties, offering expert advice and support throughout the process.
  • Leverage team-provided leads and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain accountability and strive to exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant real estate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active Colorado Real Estate License required.
