What you'll do

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Drive outside sales efforts by generating leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase our offerings and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new business.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track account activities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies for effective territory sales.
  • Proficiency in analysis skills to assess market trends and client needs.
