This is a commission based opportunity and weekend availability is required.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Buyer's Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, assisting clients in purchasing properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth and successful buying process. If you have a strong sales background in procuring new business, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking social media and continuous phone generated and texting follow up.

· Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand business.

· Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

· Assist clients in identifying and purchasing properties that meet their needs and preferences.

· Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about each listing.

· Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.

· Guide clients through the entire buying process

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other real estate agents, and industry professionals.

· Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:

· Active real estate license in FL.

· Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

· Proficient in using real estate software and technology.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
