About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced Brand Designer to join our creative team. You'll collaborate with strategists, writers, and designers to bring brands to life — from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping visual identities that make a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate can work in one of our offices, either in Los Angeles, Austin, or Tampa Bay.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute complete brand systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.

  • Translate brand strategy into cohesive, scalable design solutions.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across digital and print touch points.

  • Design visual assets for presentations, websites, social, and other marketing materials.

  • Contribute to creative ideation and help evolve Studio 3's visual standards.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in branding, agency, or creative studio settings.

  • Proven ability to create and apply brand identity systems (logos, typography, color, iconography, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.

  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Experience with After Effects or motion design is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

  • A compelling portfolio that demonstrates strong brand work and design range.
