Role Objective

Strengthen NovaGlobal's U.S. business development team by attracting a candidate with proven expertise in international cross-border logistics, particularly in
B2C e-commerce flows
(USA ⇄ Europe).

Functional Experience

  • Familiarity with
    linehaul, customs clearance, last-mile delivery
    in cross-border context.

  • Knowledge of
    returns management, DDP/DAP models, IOSS/non-IOSS solutions
    .

  • Hands-on experience in
    pricing negotiations, and partnership building
    with global shippers.

  • Exposure to
    brokerage or freight forwarding companies
    that handle international parcels is a plus.

Sales & Business Skills

  • Strong ability to
    sell logistics solutions
    , not just operational services.

  • Existing network among
    U.S. retailers, platforms, or logistics providers
    is highly desirable.

  • Capable of
    expanding client wallet share
    (cross-sell / upsell services, geographies).

Personal Competencies

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to
    build processes from scratch
    .

  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    .

  • Comfortable working in

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire U.S.-based e-commerce clients seeking international delivery solutions, with a focus on EU destinations.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, including marketplaces, retailers, and merchants on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
  • Own the preparation and delivery of high-quality sales pitches, tender documents, and presentations.
  • Represent Nova Global at industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's image and profile.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, partnerships, finance) to design client-focused logistics solutions.
  • Work closely with the lead generation unit to identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and conduct demo presentations for qualified leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Role Format & Expectations

  • Hybrid work
    : 2–3 days per week in office (Jersey City /NY area), rest remote.
  • Active participation in
    industry expos, trade shows, and client events
    .
  • Collaboration with
    global teams across NALA, EMEA, and APAC
    .
