I'm currently partnering with a well-established organization in the
HOA and Property Management industry
on a
confidential search for an HRIS Manager
. This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about optimizing HR technology strategies and system integrations.

Highlights of the role:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote after training)
  • $95,000–$105,000 base salary + 10% target bonus
  • Strong benefits package and stable leadership team

Key requirements:

  • 7+ years of HRIS experience, including 5+ years in a management capacity
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with
    ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience leading HRIS integration projects, particularly in M&A environments
  • 1+ year of experience with
    Paylocity
  • Proficiency in ADP reporting, SQL, and Excel
  • Preferred: exposure to Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar tools

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead HR technology strategy and system optimization
  • Oversee integrations, data management, reporting, and analytics
  • Act as SME for ADP Workforce Now and support HR operations
  • Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors
