As a Technical Coordinator, you will support the day to day running of the different categories that the Quality and Technical team serve, by maintaining key tools & systems that facilitate our due diligence processes. You will take ownership of the department's operational success by assisting with daily tasks, project work in support of maintaining the safety, legal, quality, sustainability and provenance of the products we sell. You will manage reporting to inform the team and key stakeholders on progress of delivery of the strategy and KPIs e.g ratings and reviews.

In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.00 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
  • Contract type - This position is a fixed term contract/secondment until December 2026

  • Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team meets in the office 3 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. 
     

Key responsibilities 

  • Supporting & managing, where appropriate, the operational processes to support the Quality & Technical team in the delivery of safe and legal products.

  • Reporting on key compliance metrics, and providing the team with the key information needed to improve and maintain performance on our Key Performance Indicators. 

  • Liaising with the supply base and internal stakeholders in projects aligned to our strategic priorities.

  • A high level of computer literacy is required and the ability to learn and implement new systems and processes

Essential skills/experience you'll need 

  • Experience with data & reporting, including Tableau, Google Office Suite & Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently managing time effectively and delivering to deadlines

  • Administrative background - Ideally within a Quality & Technical function 

  • Proven evidence of numerical and written accuracy.

  • Experience of dealing with stakeholders across multiple areas of a business

  • An interest in production development
