*What You'll Do*
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, and qualified talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry research.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our brand, values, and culture.
- Use data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and time-to-fill.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, systems, and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM)
*What You Will Bring*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or matrixed environment
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across multiple functions and levels
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using modern recruiting tools, job boards, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed , Taleo, Greenhouse, Workday, and AI tools)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive improvements
- Passion for delivering a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
