Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team's administrative needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and management skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role involves coordinating various administrative functions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. The Business Office Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining a professional and productive office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including accounts receivables and payables.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Administer human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation
  • Assist with budgeting activities and financial reporting
  • Maintain filing systems, perform clerical duties, and ensure document organization.
  • Maintain CDL truck driver records

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
  • Supervising experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
  • Strong skills in schedule management, vendor management, and calendar coordination
  • Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle front desk responsibilities and multi-line phone systems when needed
  • Familiarity with human resources processes including training & development programs
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks such as filing and document management
