Senior Marketing Leader (AI Browser) - Job Description
Fellou brings together core talent from companies like Salesforce, Tiktok, and etc, dedicated to building the world's first Agentic Browser. Breaking away from the traditional role of browsers as mere "web page openers," we leverage AI technology to enable "understanding user intent and autonomously collaborating to execute tasks." This represents a new generation of human-computer interaction, transforming the browser into an intelligent assistant for users' work and daily lives, redefining the boundaries of the "browser experience."
At Fellou, you will explore with us how to deeply integrate AI with browsers, from the underlying architecture to the interactive experience, redefining the concept of "using a browser".
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Leader to develop and execute localized marketing strategies for our AI-powered browser, with a focus on North American market penetration and user growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the global (with a focus on North American) launch and growth of our AI browser. Align strategies with product goals to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Lead content marketing and community building initiatives: Create high-quality, user-centric content (e.g., tutorials, use cases, thought leadership) tailored to North American audiences; build and nurture active user communities to foster brand loyalty and word-of-mouth.
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including but not limited to social media, search, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing). Optimize channel mix and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
Drive product localization for the North American market: Collaborate closely with product and design teams to ensure the browser aligns with local user habits, preferences, and cultural nuances—from feature prioritization to messaging and UI/UX adjustments.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis: Monitor North American browser/AI tool market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies; use insights to refine marketing tactics and identify new growth opportunities.
Lead and mentor the marketing team (as the team scales). Establish clear goals, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure the team delivers high-impact results.
Track and report on marketing KPIs (e.g., user acquisition cost, conversion rate, engagement rate). Continuously iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights to improve performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, with a proven track record of scaling consumer products (preferably AI tools, browsers, or digital platforms).
Deep expertise in content marketing, community management, and multi-channel marketing. Demonstrated success in building and executing strategies that drive user growth and engagement.
Strong North American market expertise: In-depth understanding of local user behaviors, cultural trends, marketing channels, and regulatory requirements. Experience in localizing products/marketing for North American audiences is mandatory.
Experience in the AI or browser industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with AI product value propositions and how to communicate them to mainstream consumers.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: Ability to work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product development and localization goals.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of leading a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency). Chinese speakers are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience leading marketing teams in San Francisco or other major North American tech hubs.
A track record of launching consumer tech products successfully in the North American market.
Experience with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
Authorization to work in the US .
Location: Base in San Francisco, CA (USA), or willingness to travel to the San Francisco office regularly. Exceptionally qualified candidates may negotiate remote work arrangements.
