About The Role
As a Senior Influencer Campaign Manager at Pixly, you'll lead large-scale, creator-led campaigns with strategic oversight and executional excellence. You will manage a book of business, overseeing high-impact influencer activations across diverse verticals and platforms. This role requires strong client leadership, campaign performance ownership, and deep familiarity with the creator economy.

You'll work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to deliver top-tier campaign outcomes while mentoring peers and contributing to the evolution of Pixly's campaign strategies. Ideal candidates will bring extensive hands-on experience, data fluency, and a passion for innovative influencer marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a book of business ranging from $1M–$3M across multiple high-profile client accounts
  • Strategically lead and execute simultaneous campaigns across verticals including gaming, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and more
  • Identify, recruit, and manage top-performing influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram
  • Negotiate complex influencer contracts including usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, and deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, influencer partners, and managers
  • Provide strategic and creative direction, ensuring content aligns with campaign KPIs and brand voice
  • Monitor influencer output to ensure FTC compliance, brand guidelines, and creative excellence
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, creator impact, and ROI to optimize strategies
  • Deliver detailed post-campaign reports with insights, recommendations, and business implications
  • Mentor junior campaign managers and contribute to process improvements across the department
  • Stay ahead of emerging creator trends, content formats, and platform algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with internal client services, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Exceptional client communication and contract negotiation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem, especially YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Prior experience at an influencer agency, talent network, or creator tech platform
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large campaigns and competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with influencer platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hype Auditor, Sprout Social, or similar platforms)
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Passion for creator culture, platform dynamics, and emerging media trends

Bonus Skills & Experience

  • Experience running performance-based campaigns (CPA, CPI, ROAS-focused)
  • Background as a content creator or working directly with creators
  • Knowledge of the gaming, tech, or livestreaming industries
