Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in SE MI. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include visiting customers, providing product information and support, coordinating with internal teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and relationship management
  • Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, or food service equipment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the wholesale or distribution industry is a plus
