Job Description

· Develops a call plan to achieve pre-established objectives. Conducts sales calls and presentations each week that generate referrals by building long term business partnerships.

· Meets admission targets consistently on monthly and quarterly basis.

· Maintains key business accounts and builds relationships with prospective accounts by following up with individuals as appropriate.

· Develops and maintains exceptional relationships with the administrative staff of nursing homes, senior living facilities, physician offices, discharge planners, hospitals and the hospice team.

Pay: $68, $100,000.00 per year
