Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Suspension Mechanic, where your skills will shine in providing top-notch lift kit and lowering kit services In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles through expert lift kit and lowering kit installation, alignment, and diagnostics. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will be crucial in delivering exceptional service while fostering customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Perform lift kit and lowering kit installations and suspension diagnostics with precision and care
  • Conduct wheel alignments to enhance vehicle handling and performance
  • Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes and mounting & balancing tires
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently
  • Diagnose automotive issues using advanced automotive diagnostics techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions
  • Assist in sales by recommending wheel, tire, and suspension products and services that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Basic qualifications

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair
  • Familiarity with tire service procedures and vehicle maintenance practices

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous dealership or service technician experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire handling
