What it takes to become a Benefits & Payroll Manager with Care Initiatives:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
  • Training/education in record keeping, bookkeeping/accounting, payroll, and general administrative skills.
