Instant Car Fix is reshaping auto care by connecting customers with certified mobile mechanics through a smart service platform used across 50 states. Our focus is simple: fast dependable and high quality service for every customer and fleet partner we support.

We are hiring an Operations Coordinator with strong automotive service background to manage daily operations and guide customer service outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving environment and takes ownership of resolving issues quickly and professionally.

Schedule requirement

This is a six day onsite role in Sterling Virginia. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory workdays.

What you will do

  • Act as escalation manager for service issues and help drive rapid resolution
  • Coordinate technician schedules and routing
  • Serve as primary service advisor for customer inquiries and repair recommendations
  • Review diagnostics and estimates for accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with customers technicians and fleet accounts
  • Monitor repair progress and provide real time support
  • Track operational performance and assist with process improvements
  • Maintain service quality and support strong customer satisfaction

What you bring

  • Five or more years in automotive service advising or operations
  • Confident communicator who handles escalations with professionalism
  • Able to multitask and manage high volume workflow
  • Comfortable using technology and working in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem solving mindset
