Position Overview:

The EHS Operations Coordinator serves as a critical operations and communications partner to the Vice President of Safety and the broader Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) leadership team. This role provides high-level administrative, organizational, and project coordination support across Integra's family of companies— including CCM, IMC, EnerQuest, and OTS—to ensure consistency, alignment, and execution of enterprise EHS initiatives. The coordinator functions as the central hub for document control, executive communications, technology systems integration, and event planning, helping synchronize EHS operations across all business units while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and brand alignment with Integra's SafeState and IMPACT values.

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $65,000 - $100,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Support the VP of Safety with daily scheduling, priorities, and communications.

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for the SHE leadership team.

  • Draft and prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and updates.

  • Track key initiatives and deadlines across multiple companies and regions.

  • Act as liaison between the VP of Safety and internal/external stakeholders.

Document Control & Systems Management

  • Manage and maintain the EHS document control system (SOPs, forms, templates, training materials, etc.).

  • Support revision control, version tracking, and distribution of controlled documents.

  • Coordinate digital filing systems and ensure consistent naming conventions and access permissions.

  • Partner with IT and the Safety Systems team to manage platforms such as HammerTech, Power BI dashboards, and internal safety databases.

Enterprise Alignment & Communication

  • Facilitate consistent messaging across all Integra companies regarding EHS initiatives, policies, and events.

  • Develop and maintain internal communications, newsletters, and event summaries for leadership distribution.

  • Support cross-company meetings, workshops, and integration sessions focused on SafeState, Critical Controls, and culture initiatives.

Event & Program Coordination

  • Organize company-wide EHS events, such as SafeState launches, Safety Week activities, all-hands meetings, and leadership summits.

  • Coordinate logistics, communications, vendor management, and follow-up documentation.

  • Track budgets and expenses related to safety operations and events.

Technology & Data Support

  • Assist with technology rollouts and system updates for EHS platforms.

  • Compile and track performance metrics (TRIR, DART, SIF, audits, etc.) across all divisions.

  • Support data entry, reporting, and visualization for executive dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of administrative or operational coordination experience, ideally supporting

  • executive-level functions or technical teams.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Experience with SAAS (Software as a Service) is an asset.

  • Strong document management and organizational skills.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and discretion in handling confidential information.

Additional Notes:

Works in an office environment. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
