As a Lifestyle & Travel Concierge at Lujo, you will craft tailor-made experiences across travel, dining, events, properties, and yachts — ensuring each member interaction reflects unparalleled service and discretion.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and manage end-to-end itineraries — accommodation, transfers, dining, and experiences.
  • Handle member requests from first contact to post-service follow-up.
  • Provide curated recommendations aligned with client preferences and lifestyles.
  • Maintain relationships with global partners to secure exclusive perks, upgrades, and access.
  • Achieve and exceed service targets with efficiency and creativity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle management.
  • Deep understanding of UHNW client expectations and global service culture.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional English fluency.
  • Team-oriented, detail-obsessed, and driven by impact.
