About the Role:

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services within our organization. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of service quality. The successful candidate will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring team members to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development. Ultimately, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager contributes to creating memorable dining experiences that align with our brand's values and objectives.

Salary

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial services environment or corporate setting.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement promotional strategies and menu changes.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
