Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Finance & Accounting Associate
to support our accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with monthly close processes, supporting cost accounting efforts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, reconcile, and analyze general ledger activity, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
  • Support cost accounting processes, including product cost analysis and margin reporting.
  • Help manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial data across departments.
  • Generate and maintain reports within
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    .
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within accounting and reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, food, or distribution industries.
  • Experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
    or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • This position is on-site, in office.
