PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow established procedures for customer sales and sold items.
  • Operate the cash register and credit card machine properly.
  • Respond and screen customer/donor inquiries.
  • Clean, price, and put out donated items.
  • Work with ReStore Assistant Manager and ReStore Manager to ensure cleanliness and safety of the ReStore sales floor and warehouse area.
  • Assist with volunteer engagement.
  • Ensure donations are processed properly and delivered to the proper department on the sales floor.
  • Help test donated items.
  • Assist on pickups if needed.
  • Receive donations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work (Tuesday-Saturday 8:45am-5:30pm)

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be comfortable handling money and operating the cash register.
  • Able to safely move heavy donations using dollies and other provided tools (Up to 50 pounds or more).
  • Must submit to a background check and drug screening test.
  • Must be people-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic, and have a friendly and courteous attitude.
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize and handle multiple functions simultaneously and communicate clearly and courteously, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
