Your Role as a Baylor LPN

As a Baylor Nurse at Lotus Village, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care.
  • Administer medications & monitor patient responses.
  • Educate patients & families on care plans and procedures.
  • Manage specialized medical equipment & interpret critical data.
  • Provide bedside care & support discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate & timely documentation.
What You'll Need
  • Current LPN license.
  • CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Passion for delivering excellent patient care.
