Pay Range: $90,000 – 115,000
YOUR ROLE
The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the organization. This role partners closely with company senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. The HR Manager plays a key role in enhancing employee engagement, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance across all HR functions. The HR Manager is accountable for talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics for the assigned population.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Strategic HR Leadership
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads on all human capital matters.
· Lead the design and implementation of HR strategies that support organizational goals, drive employee performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
· Serve as the key point of contact for all HR-related issues across the business unit.
· Ensure HR policies and programs are effectively communicated, consistently applied, and aligned with company values.
Talent Management
· Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
· Lead the execution of talent management processes (performance reviews, goal setting, development planning) and provide the tools and training needed for successful deployment.
· Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee development, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
· Identify critical roles and develop succession strategies to build a robust leadership pipeline.
· Support employee engagement and retention strategies through targeted programs and feedback mechanisms.
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
· Lead organizational design initiatives, working with senior leaders to define structure, roles, and processes for optimal effectiveness.
· Partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs, assess talent gaps, and develop workforce plans that meet current and future business demands.
· Facilitate change management initiatives and drive communication strategies that support successful transitions.
HR Metrics & Analytics
· Own the reporting and analysis of HR metrics, including turnover, time-to-fill, headcount, and employee engagement data.
· Provide actionable insights to senior leadership using data to support decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.
· Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity of HR systems and processes.
Compliance
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements.
· Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
· Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Employee Relations
· Address employee concerns and conduct investigations. Investigate and resolve complex employee issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Build and maintain a strong employee relations environment by promoting open communication and consistency.
· Champion company culture and values, serving as a role model for leadership and accountability.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
· Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification preferred.
· Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least two years in a managerial or senior specialist capacity.
Skills:
- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety training and preventive labor relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, organizational development, compensation, employee relations, and training.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement HR initiatives across a multi-site or operationally complex environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workforce, Kronos, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
