We're Bento Security—Managed Resilience Partners for companies that need VP-level IT and security thinking. We're growing fast because we treat migrations as transformation projects, not data dumps.

The Mandate

Own end-to-end Filevine migrations for 3-5 clients monthly while providing Tier 2 IT support between projects. You're responsible for making every migration feel effortless while building our migration playbook for scale.

What You'll Actually Do

Migration Excellence (60-80%)

  • Architect data transformations from legacy systems → Filevine
  • Build custom ETL pipelines and validation frameworks
  • Turn messy databases into pristine, normalized structures
  • Create migration runbooks that become company IP

IT Support & Innovation (20-40%)

  • Provide Tier 2 support that prevents Tier 3 escalations
  • Automate repetitive IT tasks before they become tickets
  • Document solutions that scale across the client base

Non-Negotiables

  • 3+ years data migration or database management
  • SQL proficiency (you dream in JOINs)
  • AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
  • Excel wizardry and ETL expertise

  • Filevine or legal tech experience
  • Python/PowerShell automation skills
  • API integration experience
