AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Per Diem: 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
PAY & BENEFITS:
Rates start at $19.70 per hour; We do offer $3 shift differentials for overnight shift

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:
- Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
- Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
- Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
- Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
- Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
- Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
- Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
- Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
