THE POSITION:

As an Associate Team Lead, you will work under supervision, handling the essential tasks of equipment cleaning, disinfection, and pickup and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning, disinfection, and distribution of mobile equipment (e.g., stretchers, infusion pumps, PCA pumps, SCD pumps).
• Manage equipment workflow, including pickup, delivery, cleaning, disinfecting, and storage of medical equipment.
• Inspect serviced equipment for cleanliness and serviceability.
• Tag equipment needing further repair and notify the customer.
• Record the number of pieces cleaned, repaired, and those needing additional repairs.
• Read equipment manuals to perform repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel for extended periods (months at a time).
• Drive long distances across the United States.
• Must pass random drug tests.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Good customer service and communication skills (English not required).
