We're looking for a motivated Application Support Specialist to join our technology team supporting multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will be focused on supporting and troubleshooting ERP and plant systems, helping end users resolve issues, and ensuring operations run smoothly. About 80% of the work will be support-oriented, with opportunities to contribute to enhancements and process improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line support for ERP and manufacturing systems across multiple sites
  • Troubleshoot issues ranging from error messages and configuration problems to process failures and user training needs
  • Work directly with plant users (floor staff, schedulers, managers, customer service, and accounting) to resolve issues and improve workflows
  • Query SQL databases (using SELECT, UPDATE, and JOINs) for reporting and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the project team on enhancements, module rollouts, and system integrations
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (minimal call volume)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience supporting ERP or manufacturing systems in a production environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer service mindset and the ability to support users across a range of technical skill levels
  • Basic SQL knowledge (SELECT, UPDATE, JOINs) for working with ERP data
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
  • Someone who takes pride in solving problems, even if not every issue can be root-cause resolved on the spot
