We are proud partners with major home warranty companies, including American Home Shield (AHS), and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our Home Warranty administrative team in Oklahoma City.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Home Warranty Representative to oversee and manage the full workflow of home warranty service calls. This includes work order intake, authorizations, communication with AHS, follow-ups with homeowners and technicians, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely submissions.

This is a critical, fast-paced administrative role that requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple open jobs at once.

This position is 100% in-office at our OKC location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage AHS and other home warranty work orders from creation to completion.
  • Obtain all necessary authorizations, approvals, and updates from AHS.
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, updates, and next steps.
  • Work closely with dispatchers, technicians, and management to ensure workflow accuracy.
  • Upload documentation, estimates, and job notes into ServiceTitan.
  • Prepare and submit accurate invoices within required timelines.
  • Monitor open jobs to ensure they move through the process efficiently.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with AHS representatives.
  • Support the overall success of the Home Warranty Service Call division.

Qualifications

  • ServiceTitan experience required
  • Previous experience with home warranty companies (AHS preferred) is a major plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computers, web platforms, and digital communication
  • Professional, reliable, and highly detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in person at our OKC office daily
