M-D Pro is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Professional to join our team and focus on selling products and solutions to home builders across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the home building industry, and the ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships with both national and regional builders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target home builders nationwide to promote and sell company products and solutions.
  • Research, identify, develop, and close new builder opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of home builders.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as executives, marketing, product development, and customer service to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market data in the company CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  • Reach or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Strategically forecast and manage budgetary information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Existing relationships with national and regional home builders.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or home building industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the home building process and industry standards.
  • Technical knowledge of products related to new home construction preferred but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Willingness to learn and adjust strategies to changing market conditions.
