Pressbrake Applications Specialist

Your role
As a Pressbrake Applications Specialist at LVD Strippit Inc. in Akron, NY, you will serve as a technical ambassador for our pressbrake solutions. Your role bridges engineering expertise with customer engagement, ensuring optimal application of our products, tooling, automation systems, and software. You'll lead demonstrations, deliver training, provide technical support, and collaborate on product development—all with the goal of driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth.
Your responsibilitie
- sDevelop in-depth knowledge of LVD's pressbrake systems, automation, and offline programming softwar
- eProvide technical training and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and internal team
- sConduct in-person and virtual training sessions on machine setup, operation, and software programmin
- gProvide ongoing technical support to ensure customer succes
- sSupport sales teams during customer visits, providing product presentations, live demonstrations, and developing tailored proposal
- sConduct time studies, part evaluations, and develop sample parts to illustrate product capabilitie
- sLead customer demonstrations at the Akron Experience Center and on-site at customer facilitie
- sRepresent LVD at trade shows, exhibits, and sales meeting
- sGather customer feedback to recommend product improvements and identify new opportunitie
- sAnalyse competitor offerings to enhance market positioning, providing feature/benefit analysis to strengthen market positionin
- gBuild strong relationships with North American sales representative
- sTravel with sales teams to provide on-site technical expertise and suppor
- tMaintain accurate records in Salesforce (CRM), including pricing and customer dat
