Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional client support, handling inquiries efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or data entry systems.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or surveys.
  • Ensure excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
  • Support clients by offering solutions tailored to their needs, fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Positive face to face interactions with potential and current clients.
  • Compassion and integrity while helping clients take care of those they love the most.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a strong asset for serving diverse customer bases.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
