We are seeking a Portfolio Operations & Investment Coordinator to support our executive leadership and portfolio intelligence teams. This position acts as a strategic gatekeeper — ensuring operational excellence, timely reporting, and data integrity across our growing base of real estate clients and AI-driven projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Investment Support

• Maintain, track, and update investment documentation including LLC formation records, term sheets, joint venture agreements, and investment certifications.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing client deliverables such as acquisition summaries, quarterly AI-powered valuation reports, and portfolio review decks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in client records, digital assets, and deal flow pipelines across the UnlockLand Intelligence Cloud.
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration with data scientists, product engineers, and investment partners to ensure portfolio updates align with project timelines.
• Support the preparation of investment committee materials, including analytics exports, property risk maps, and development simulations.

Client Reporting & Analytics

• Manage the delivery of quarterly investor dashboards, performance summaries, and impact metrics generated by UnlockLand's platform.
• Support executive leadership with portfolio review presentations, capital allocation analyses, and ad hoc requests for institutional partners.
• Oversee scheduling and accuracy of third-party appraisals, environmental risk reviews, and zoning verification processes.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

• Serve as the primary coordinator for internal and client meetings — managing calendars, travel logistics, and follow-up documentation for the Managing Partner and Vice Presidents.
• Collaborate with IT and Product to enhance document automation, API-based record management, and e-filing workflows.
• Track and reconcile expenses, client correspondence, and data room documentation to maintain compliance across all active mandates.
• Lead process improvements for internal systems, performance tracking, and rotation policy reporting.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or portfolio operations, ideally within a PropTech, institutional, or investment advisory setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a sharp eye for operational detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with CRM/BI platforms (Airtable, Notion, Power BI, or similar) a plus.
• Comfortable managing confidential data, contracts, and financial documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional AI, engineering, and investment teams.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
