As an Intern Venue Manager, you will assist in managing guest services, customer experiences, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth shift operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in coordinating nightly wedding and event operations, including guest services and event execution
  • Assist with supervising staff during shifts, ensuring high standards of customer service and safety are maintained
  • Help oversee guest interactions, resolving issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Contribute to shift management by monitoring cash handling procedures, ticketing, and entry protocols
  • Aid in preparing and executing aggressive marketing strategie.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Participate in managing event setups, breakdowns, and logistical arrangements to ensure seamless execution

Experience

  • Previous experience or exposure to hospitality, events management, or hospitality environments is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in customer-facing roles such as restaurants or resorts
  • Strong skills in shift management, and managing guest services
  • Proven ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere
  • Experience with cash handling and managing operational procedures during busy periods
  • Background in restaurant or hospitality management is advantageous
  • Assistant manager experience or similar roles that involve managing staff and operations will be highly valued
