JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Field Expansion Manager is responsible for launching and stabilizing strategic growth markets. This role establishes foundational operations, builds a local subcontractor base, and prepares the market for transition to a permanent field manager.

This position is in our Leadership pipeline. This position will help start a new market, grow the market, train Field Managers and eventually lead the team.

As a Field Expansion Manager you will drive the execution of turnkey, single family residential installation projects by:

  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for new builder relationships
  • Partner with the Business Development Manager to grow the new market
  • Work with cross functional groups to source and onboard local subcontractors across all scopes
  • Coordinate material vendors and ensure job readiness
  • Set up job tracking systems using Streamline and implement QC protocols
  • Train and oversee initial labor and staffing needs
  • Achieve volume and quality benchmarks to enable a successful handoff
  • Manage the new market through an initial ramp-up until job flow is consistent and sustainable

REQUIRED SKILLS

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus.
  • Organized and efficient approach to business, with professional style and communications.
  • Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
