Our dynamic implant and oral surgery practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to become an essential part of our patient care team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our patients and their journey to better dental health. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Educating patients about their surgical treatment options and procedures.
  • Presenting detailed treatment plans and explaining financial arrangements.
  • Coordinating care with referring dental offices and specialists.
  • Managing patient schedules and ensuring a seamless care experience.
  • Helping patients navigate insurance and payment options with clarity and empathy.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience in a dental or medical setting (treatment coordination, dental assisting, or front office is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – you can explain complex information simply and build trust easily.
  • A highly organized and motivated mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A genuine dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
  • A background in customer service, sales, or public relations is highly valued.
