Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team in providing exceptional HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage service operations effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance on best practices in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Coordinate field service activities, including troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC issues related to air conditioning, and boiler systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on client properties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance service offerings.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician in the HVAC/R field with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Experience in construction or property maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using tools for equipment repair and diagnostics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations effectively.
