Job Summary: Technical Project Manager I responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget. Aid in organizing and monitoring project schedules, budgets, stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project expectations are met.

You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities:
You will provide STRATEGIC OVERSITE to the position by:
- Assisting in the creation, planning, tracking, resource allocation, and communication plan for technical projects based on outlined project scope, goals, and deliverables. Actively schedule and participate in planning and status calls, monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing, and proactively communicate with stakeholders updates or potential resource constraints.
- Ensuring projects adhere to company standard frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Proactively monitoring project boards to ensure tickets meet documented standards, while ensuring all project timelines are being adhered to by the engineering team. Perform customer communications, escalations, or rescheduling, as required.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of engineer updates in project tickets, based on documented standards. Report and escalate to the Service Leaders as needed.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organization, to effectively manage customer expectations (time and budget).
You will use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to:
- Work with members of the Service and Engineering teams to manage project plans, based off documented templates, monitor and review project progress and timelines, execute change control, and identify and mitigate issues to ensure project success.
- Organize project meetings with customers, internal, or cross-functional teams, generate meeting materials, and manage post-meeting deliverables. Cross functional teams will include Contracts, Finance, MSP NOC, TSD's, SAs, GMs, Professional Services Engineers, and Account Reps.
- Support the company by completing other duties as assigned.

- Obtain the capacity to understand general technical processes, as required, and the order they must be performed to complete projects deliverables.

Requirements
You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification, and work experience requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in IT/Technical Operations functionality, including experience dealing with customers, and internal teams, typically gained over 2-3 years, or similar tenure and experience as a project manager in other related fields.
- Experience working for an established managed or cloud services provider (MSP/CSP) preferred.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the criteria of ISG's insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
