Pay: $55-60 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform field inspections of mechanical systems.
  • Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and approved plans.
  • Prepare inspection reports and communicate deficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ICC Commercial or Residential Mechanical Inspector certification required- M2.
  • Experience in mechanical systems inspection.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes.
